Welcome to the 3rd newsletter of 2010 and you can’t say that I have inundated you.
It has been such a roller coaster ride for many of us of late, and I have been slow to get this 3rd edition out to you all.
No excuses really, just the energies, the cold weather, family affairs and every other excuse I can think of but here I am ready to write again. My most humble apologies go to those who are on the email list, but have not received the last 2 newsletters. I had to change the settings on my computer, and technology and I are still learning to work together. I hope I have sorted this out now.
Sadly, I have had to put my prices up a little. In four years of working with the crystal bed, I have managed to keep all but one of the session prices down. But now the time has come when I have had to raise the price of all sessions by $5.00.
While on the subject of administration “stuff”, please could you make or change your appointments by phoning me, preferably on the home phone number 3822 7230. This number has an answer service and I can return your call to book you in.
My mobile is available to phone me on however it doesn’t have an answer service any more and when I am working I can’t take calls 0416 560 911. Please try to avoid texting me for making or changing appointments if possible.
I would like to ask you all to give yourselves a big pat on the back for coming through the most difficult of times. For some of you, big decisions have had to be made creating major changes in your lives, not without pain and some really uncomfortable moments. Congratulations for having moved ahead in your lives, with amazing results being achieved, and massive new growth.

This period of time from now until 2012 is going to gather momentum, so remember to make every effort to come from your heart in all ways, and “move forward with it”.
Again my Spiritual Teachers remind me that meditation is the key. So spending half an hour a day in a peaceful place will really give you energy and clarity. I actually crave meditation time now because it is the only space that is quiet and peaceful
for me. This is also when Spiritual Beings give me information about my work and my journey.
The recent months have taken me a bit off the track I was going on – group meditation and workshops – again my apologies, for not being quite ready. My elderly parents live in New Zealand and have been through some illness, my father is 93 next week, and will soon be moving on from this lifetime. My mother who still cares for him and herself, has needed time out, plus I will be a “Nanna” for the first time in early December. New work for me is on the near horizon, and will be included with the work I do now.
Patience and Trust are so vital for all of us. Trust that you are on the right path, that everything is going according to the great Divine Plan, and most of all Trust in your own inner guidance and the spiritual Beings who will never lead you astray.
Trust that everything is going to be absolutely fine, stay in your heart space and if you find yourself moving out of it, come back into it.
The crystal light bed has been very busy these past months, and with so much preparation going on within us for the “new age” we have entered into, I give my gratitude and love to the spiritual doctors and surgeons who have healed so many people. Their work has increased in intensity and clients are really feeling the benefits of their sessions more so. If you are feeling lost on your journey, I am sure you would really benefit from sessions with them.
I am still working towards my workshops and meditation classes, just a few “tweaks” to my schedule to be made, please bear with me as I slowly but surely reach this new area of my work. I will send an e-newsletter as soon as I have details available.
The tour to Brazil scheduled for October is going ahead, so if anyone is considering joining the group please advise me of your decision as soon as possible so that I can make arrangements. Details are on my website www.crystallightbedtherapy.com
